Dell Partners with MakerBot to Offer Replicator 3D Printers and Scanners to Dell Precision Workstation Customers

MakeBot recently just released three new 3D Printers at CES in Las Vegas.  Now, they have partnered with Dell to bring their Replicator printers and their Digitizer Scanner to Dell Precision workstation customers, for small and medium-sized businesses.

Just announced today, the deal will allow Dell Precision workstation customers to bring their 3D prototypes to life, at much more affordable costs.

MakerBot has really taken the 3D Printing industry by storm, targetting at home designers, as well as small and medium sized businesses for a while now.  The partnership with Dell will expand their stronghold on smaller businesses even greater.

Dell plans to showcase their 3D design solutions, including a MakerBot printer at SolidWorks World which started yesterday and will run through January 20th, in San Diego, Ca. They will be set up in booth 501.
